The driver was prompt, efficient and very pleasant. On the way back to the airport, the company alerted us the day before that there was a slight change in the pickup time and we needed to be picked up 15 minutes earlier due to other airline changes. The driver proceeded to open all the doors, allowing us to get in the car, loaded our luggage and personal items in the back and made the trip to the hotel a quick one.
